If you have not yet applied for an Assessment Report or if you have questions relating to our services, please Contact Us. At this time, 星空无限传媒 is unable to provide in-person support for any service other than scheduled appointments for submission of original documents. 星空无限传媒 will be unable to assist you if you visit the office without a pre-booked appointment.

The average processing time is 20 weeks after all required documents are received in our office.
All files are handled as quickly as is possible, in order, based on the date of receipt of complete documentation. Rush services are not available.

The following are the current average processing times for each type of 星空无限传媒 Assessment Report:
General Assessment Report (8-10 weeks)
Secondary School Comprehensive Assessment Report (8-10 weeks)
Postsecondary Comprehensive Assessment Report and Secondary and Postsecondary Comprehensive Assessment Report (25 weeks).
Please note that these estimates do not apply to assessments for immigration to Canada.
